CASA Club Sponsors a Cooking Project

The CASA Club sponsored a cooking project, Taste of Subiaco, on Jan. 19 and Jan. 25. Twelve members chose their favorite dish from their country and demonstrated how to prepare it in the PAC kitchen. The menu included Vietnamese spring rolls, Curacao Johhny cakes, Chinese Spicy and Sweet Shredded Potato, West African Chicken Umbamba, and Mexican Cheese Quesadillas. Our Subi boys surely know how to cook; they had a good time and enjoyed a variety of delicious food! It is a blessing and opportunity for us to learn about various cultures represented at Subiaco Academy.
