A Little About Me:

I graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in 1997.  Thereafter I worked as Sous Chefs and Executive Chefs in country clubs and restaurants in Vermont, Georgia, Nebraska, and Arkansas. More recently I’ve served as the Food Service Director at the University of Arkansas- Monticello and at Henderson State University ( Arkadelphia, AR).  I came to Subiaco in 2012 to serve as the Food Service Director. It feels like I have returned home! I’m a 1978 graduate of Subiaco Academy and my father was a 1942 Subiaco grad. My wife, Heather, and I live in neighboring Paris, AR ( we have an Eiffel Tower!) with our two dogs and three cats. I enjoy reading, singing, cooking, shooting billiards and writing none too serious poetry and songs. It’s a great privilege to help take care of our students and monks. Life is good at Subiaco!
