A Little About Me:

An Arkansas native, I grew up close to Fayetteville, where my mother was a professor at the University of Arkansas and my father a saddle maker.  My first paid job was cleaning out chicken houses in the hot Arkansas summer, which helped to ensure my deep appreciation for and commitment to education.

Before coming to Subiaco Academy, I worked in higher education doing marketing, enrollment management, and institutional research.  Most recently, I served as an Assistant Dean at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, focused on enrollment management and marketing for business graduate programs.  Prior to that, I worked at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith, where I was the Vice-Chancellor for Enrollment Management and the Director of Institutional Research.

A convert, I joyfully entered the Church in 1999 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wilburton, Oklahoma.  I first learned about Subiaco Academy when my daughter began attending Immaculate Conception School in Fort Smith, Arkansas, never dreaming I would have the opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful place.

I am passionate about students and have unwavering faith in their potential.  My mission is to help parents, students, and others discover Subiaco Academy and understand the opportunities we have available to help young men discover just what they are capable of accomplishing.

When I’m not working, I love gardening (dahlias are my favorite right now), reading as many books as possible, waiting on my two very spoiled Australian Shepherds, and spending an excessive amount of time on my zero-turn mower.
