A Little About Me:

I grew up in Scranton Arkansas. My father was an Aerospace Machinist and my mother was a nurse. I have strong ties to Subiaco as I became a member of the Catholic church after a one on one instruction with Abbot Jerome Kodell O.S.B. and going on to study New Testament Greek with the Abbot. My mother Ellenore worked in the infirmary at Subiaco for 22 years. I serve as Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Parish Council member, and Knights of Columbus local and district officer positions. My wife Elena is heavily involved in the state’s Hispanic ministry.  Before coming to Subiaco Academy I worked at Arkansas Nuclear One where I was a Senior Reactor Operator, Senior Engineer, and a Senior Operations Training: Classroom and Simulator Instructor.

I’m an avid traveler, I’ve been blessed to visit 13 countries. The pinnacle of my travels have been completing the Camino de Santiago, a 170 mile pilgrimage across France and Spain to the church of Saint James. Additionally I enjoys reading, camping, astronomy, and amatuer radio.
