A Little About Me:
I joined the Subiaco faculty in 2014 after serving as a College Admissions Counselor for Arkansas Tech University. During my time at Arkansas Tech, I counseled high school students on the admission, scholarship, and financial aid processes. Since 2013, I’ve been working with their Upward Bound program and I spend one month each summer teaching a financial planning course to underserved high school students.
I am no stranger to boarding life. I attended a residential high school for two years and have many memories of mandatory study hours, cafeteria duty, lights out, among other staples of boarding life. I look back at my time as a boarding student and am grateful for the opportunity I had to develop my independence. I am confident that our students at Subiaco benefit immensely from the brotherhood and camaraderie that exists here.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my husband, Tristan, and spending time outdoors. I especially enjoy visiting new countries and learning about other cultures. My first opportunity to travel outside of the U.S. was in college when I spent two weeks traveling through the Yucatán. Since then I have been fortunate to see and experience many other parts of the world.
