A Little About Me:
I served over 25 years as a field artillery officer in the U.S. Army retiring at the rank of Colonel. I have served in locations throughout the world to include South Korea and three tours in Iraq. I always considered education as a second career upon retirement from the U.S. Army to continue serving as a role model, teacher, and mentor. After my conversion to Catholicism and my experience with my own children in Catholic schools, I decided that I wanted to teach in Catholic schools to better serve Christ. I value the Christian environment and selfless service displayed daily by the staff and faculty while pursuing the development of young men at Subiaco Academy.
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Michelle, and we have three children, Beau, Jackson, and Rachel. Beau is a ’17 graduate of Subiaco and Jackson is a member of the class of ’19. Michelle teaches Art at Subiaco. My favorite hobby is bass fishing, and I enjoy most outdoor activities. I am a sports enthusiast and closely follow the OKC Thunder, Kansas City Royals, the US National Soccer Team, and Army football. I enjoy reading Ernest Hemingway novels and listening to ‘80s rock.
