Mark Twain once wrote that "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born, and the day you find out why." It is the hearfelt prayer and desire of the monks of Subiaco that their Academy has aided each young student in their quest to "find out why." Wherever our students travel or establish their residence later in life, they will always know they have a home on the hill at Subiaco. When they return they will meet many of the same monks, hear the same tolling of the bells, walk the same inner courtyard, and just soak-in the beauty of this place that is Subiaco. Graduation is a bitter sweet time, but it is a time to honor our students for their extraordinary work, determination, and perseverance.
You will find on the subpages to your left (desktop or tablet users) or above (for mobile users) the three most prestigious honors accorded to a graduating senior at Subiaco Academy and the list of recipients: the Valedictorian Award, the Pereyra Award, and the Coury Cup. Congratulations to each of our recipients as they join a long list of honorable Trojans who have received the same awards.
